But not because we are sad. The threes classes just had an awesome BLUE WEEK!
We talked about things that are blue and made blue crafts.
We sang songs and read books about blue, made some more blue crafts, and ate blueberry muffins that we baked ourselves. The preschool hallways smelled heavenly!
Then we made some more blue crafts and dressed in blue clothes.
We played with blue playdoh and painted with blue paint...
And we made blue collages and added blue decorations to the playground fence. (Keep watching as we make a rainbow this fall!)
Miss Kay's friends got a letter from a certain blue dog who is on TV.
He left clues for them to figure out and they went all over the building finding what he left for them. The first clue was in the office. Blue was so quiet that I never even heard him sneek past me while I was working today!
Whew! We know a lot about the color blue now!
I wonder what color we'll learn about next?
